Things You Need to Know

In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Read the following sections to find out more about how we ship or exchange products, booking policy or about how we secure your personal data. BOOKING POLICY

Hair MUST be washed , blow dried, free of oils and detangled prior to appointment. Deposits are $25 and must be paid before booking is guaranteed. NO DEPOSIT NO GUARENTEED BOOKING SLOT! Deposits are included in remaining price.  ALL lace or closures must be dropped off 2-3 days before appointments. The reasoning for this is for speedy service. Hair will be prepped ( bleached , plucked and/or colored ) before your appointment time. The day of appointment please insure before you leave the shop that you are satisfied with your service, if there are any problems that needs to be fixed before you depart, they will be surely fixed or you can receive 40% of refund. After you leave the shop there will be absolutely NO REFUND under no circumstances. If they're any lifting or any loss of thread (sew in) after 48 hours I will accommodate and fix the problem. After 48 hours of service, there will be NO accommodation, this result in another booking from the site with NO transferable deposit. Thank you so much for your support.

Orders over $100 will require that your Billing and Shipping Address MATCH.

Orders over $250 will require a signature for delivery.

Orders over $400 can only be processed through Paypal.

THE FULFILLMENT PROCESS

For Virgin Hair

1)      You pay for your order

2)      You will receive an Order Confirmation Email

3)      The Processing period begins. Processing time is 3-5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing period is extended for Wigs. Processing period is extended 1-5 Business days during a sales period. (More info below)

4)      After the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created

5)      You will receive an Order Fulfillment email. Your tracking number will be inside this email.

6)      Your package is shipped off via USPS Priority mail (2-3 business days US) (6-10 business days International)

PROCESSING TIME (for Virgin Hair)

This is the time it takes to receive hair from our trusted vendors and enough time for Quality control. It allows us to test out all bundles to make sure they meet our quality standards. Anything we find wrong will immediately be fixed by contacting our vendor and having them send out new bundles if necessary to ensure that you receive the BEST product. Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number via email. This will be the same email you used when you placed your order. Make sure you check you spam folder and wait after 5 business days have passed before contacting us. 

REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. What is the nature of this product? Hair extensions. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date.

  • Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.
